If the first session isn’t the right fit, we’ll refund the payment and match your child with a new tutor, free of charge.
Absolutely. Your child’s comfort and growth come first. If something isn’t working, we’ll transition them to a new tutor right away.

Yes, we do! Our tutors are experienced in supporting students in AP, IB, and other advanced programs. Whether your child needs help understanding complex material, preparing for exams, or managing workload, we’re here to help them succeed.
Our standard sessions are 60 minutes, and we can extend sessions based on your child’s needs.
Lesson frequency is totally up to you! Most students start with 1–2 sessions per week, depending on their goals. We usually recommend 1 hour a week for keeping up, 2 hours a week for catching up, and 3 hours a week for test prep or acceleration. We’ll work with your schedule to find a pace that supports growth without overwhelming your child.
You’ll receive a progress report after every session—highlighting what was covered, how your child did, and what’s coming next. These updates give you a clear picture of your child’s progress over time and keep everyone aligned on their goals. You can view all reports anytime through our Student Portal. You can also book a 30-minute check-in with us anytime to discuss your child’s progress, ask questions, or adjust their learning plan. We’re here to support your family every step of the way.

Yes. We do our best to accommodate your availability and can pause or reschedule sessions as needed.
You’re welcome to cancel a session anytime with at least 24 hours’ notice. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full session fee will apply.
If a student is more than 15 minutes late, the session will be canceled and charged in full. We’ll always do our best to send a reminder and check in if your child isn’t online.
We’re fully online, so your child can learn from anywhere! Our interactive platform makes sessions feel personal, focused, and effective, without the commute.
We use Lessonspace, a secure, all-in-one virtual classroom built specifically for tutoring. It combines video, an interactive whiteboard, and subject-specific tools in one place. It works right in your browser, so there’s no software to download. All your child needs is a device and an internet connection.

Yes! Families with more than one student enrolled receive a discounted rate. Each child still gets personalized, one-on-one support, but you’ll receive a reduced rate as a thank-you for learning with us as a family.
