All of our tutoring sessions take place on LessonSpace: a secure, interactive classroom built just for online learning. It’s simple, engaging, and easy for students to use.

Billing is simple and flexible. You’ll only be charged after sessions are completed.

• Weekly Plan ($60/hr): billed every Monday for the previous week.
• Monthly Plan ($57/hr): billed on the 1st for the previous month. *Requires booking at least 1 recurring class per week.

Here’s how it works:

Have questions about your child’s progress? Want to check in or make sure we’re on the right track?

We offer free 30-minute check-ins anytime you need. It’s a chance to talk through goals, get updates, and adjust the plan if needed.

Automatic reminders are sent by email 48 hours before every class, including the class time, date, and link to join.

We value the time of both our students and tutors. These guidelines keep sessions fair and running smoothly:

• If a student is more than 15 minutes late, the session will be canceled and charged in full.
• Sessions may be canceled anytime with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full fee applies.
